Gordon Ramsay and wife Tana displayed a bit of PDA as they show off the results of working hard in the gym. Meanwhile, season 14 of "Hell's Kitchen" is all set with 18 new contestants.

The Michelin chef was shirtless as he held his wife's hands while strolling along the beach of Malibu.

"The British chef, 48, clutched his 40-year-old wife Tana's hand protectively as the pair basked in the early morning sunshine," said Daily Mail. "Tana, who is close friends with Victoria Beckham, looked incredible in a hot pink sports bra and black workout shorts."

They appeared to be deep in conversation while looking out to see where their kids were practicing their surfing skills.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, renowned chef Gordon Ramsay credited his wife for motivating him into maintaining a fit body.

"She put me on a strict diet. Every day she made me stand on those scales. She closed our kitchen down and turned it into a utility room," he said.

Apparently, Tana Ramsay is tired of looking at "Hell Kitchen" host Gordon Ramsay's "lower half."

Now, the Michelin chef boasted that he's now gotten back his six-pack.

Gordon Ramsay is a triathlon nut and has been participating in several Ironman competitions.

Meanwhile, Buddy TV reported that 18 new contestants will vie to become the winner of Gordon Ramsay's "Hell's Kitchen."

Winners will get to be the head chef of Gordon Ramsay's restaurant as well as the $250,000 grand prize.

"The premiere will see Ramsay splitting the chefs up into two teams, the men on the blue team and the women on the red team," it said. "Many celebrities will stop by throughout the season, including Fran Descher, William Shatner, Jaleel White, Tatum O'Neal, Fred Willard, Taylor Hicks, Tiffani-Amber Thiessen, Lisa Loeb and chef Wolfgang Puck."
