"Speed the Plow" actress Lindsay Lohan's community service has been extended after a judge ruled that she wasn't upfront with the number of hours she already served.

According to E! News, Judge Mark Young denied the petition of the 28-year-old actress that she already complied with her community service.

Terry White, a Santa Monica City attorney and prosecutor of the case, confirmed to the website that the "Speed the Plow" actress violated some of the terms of her court-mandated community service.

"125 is the approximate number of hours that were denied," White said,

The judge also set another hearing on March 12 to decide where Lindsay Lohan will be assigned to complete her community service.

Earlier, TMZ reported that the Community Service Volunteers in London counted Lindsay Lohan's meet-and-greet with fans into the number of hours she's supposed to render.

The documents added five meet and greets for the "Speed the Plow" actress, with each event lasting three hours.

E! News reported that Terry White opposed the CSV's decision to credit meet and greet with fans to Lindsay Lohan's community service.

"If this was Lindsay Smith, nobody would allow this. I'd love to hang out with a celebrity all day and see their life, but this is not community service," The prosecutor said.

In another interview with People magazine, Terry White said, "I agree with [the court's decision]. There were things she did that didn't qualify as community service."

Shawn Holley, the attorney for the "Mean Girls" star, confirmed that the judge didn't really agree with the "work shadowing" being counted into the community service.

"They didn't want to hear more about how that played out," she said.

But she claimed that "Speed the Plow" actress Lindsay Lohan has no problem continuing the community service in relation to her reckless driving charge. "She's enjoying doing community service. Her passion is really working with kids ... and kids really respond to her," the attorney said.
