'KUWTK' Star Rob Kardashian's Weight Gain Woes May Cost Him Millions? Kardashian's Only Boy Excluded In $80 Million Deal

Rob Kardashian's weight gain might cost him quite a fortune as the Kardashians reportedly secured a new contract with E! News for $80 million.

Earlier reports claimed that the Kardashians and E! closed a deal for $100 million to extend the reality show "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."

"Momager Kris Jenner recently secured the astonishing deal for herself and daughters Kim, Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall and Kylie Jenner. Bruce Jenner is not part of the deal," Page Six noted.

According to the publication, Bruce Jenner was rumored to be pitching his own reality show to chronicle his transition into a woman.

"NBCUniversal called the $100 mil story 'grossly inaccurate.' But our sources connected with the network say the word 'grossly' may be grossly inaccurate, because we're told best case scenario they could earn in the $80 million range (with ratings bonuses) for 3 seasons with an option for a 4th," TMZ reported.

"We're also told the deal is all-encompassing and includes all of the work the family and individuals do for the network," it added.

However, a kink in the contract requires that Scott Disick will have his own deal to be part of "KUWTK." Various reports alleged that Kourtney Kardashian's partner received $4 million for last season.

Meanwhile, Rob Kardashian's decision to hide as a result of his weight gain could be a problem because as TMZ alleged, "Rob will only get paid per episode if he ends up on the show at all."

But Rob Kardashian appears to be doing something about his weight gain, and has been posting a lot of throwback photos on his Instagram showing a slimmer body perhaps to motivate him into dropping some pounds.

Could this be related to the "KUWTK" deal with the network? Might Rob Kardashian show up in a few episodes without his weight gain? Only time will tell.
