Blake Lively bundled her baby underneath a thick blankie-partly for warmth and partly to protect her from paps-as the actress and husband Ryan Reynolds queued at New York's JFK airport in style over the weekend.

Ever the fashionista, Blake Lively donned a wide-brimmed hat and a long coat over skinny jeans and knee-high boots.

"She concealed her post-baby shape in a long, grey coat, having revealed her impressively snapped-back middle at New York Fashion Week in a glove-tight dress only two weeks ago, said Daily Mail. "New dad Ryan displayed a visibly different look and had shed his familiar, handsome brown hair to cut a rugged image with an unshaven face."

Ryan Reynolds, who's reported to be taking on the role of "Deadpool," made sure to dress comfortably as he wore a hoodie that he zipped up to the neck along with gray chinos and white Chuck Taylors.

"Ryan acted like the ultimate right-hand man, wearing a backpack on his back and toting the young family's possessions in a Louis Vuitton carry-all while they were escorted through the airport," the publication added. "The new parenting duo kept conversation but made a hurried walk across the terminal, standing out with their instantly recognizable images."

In a report from People magazine, Blake Lively's husband Ryan Reynolds seemed very eager to do his responsibilities as a father to their newborn baby.

"I gotta jump in and do all those sorts of things," he said. "I mean, I've even tried breastfeeding."

"It's frustrating for the baby and frankly disturbing for me ... not well is the answer," he joked regarding his attempts at breastfeeding.

Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively's baby was born in December and the reported "Deadpool" star said that their lives have changed for the better.

"It's amazing that you can be that exhausted and that happy at the same time," the 38-year-old actor said.
