KBS sitcom "Shut Up Family" will finally change its title to "Family."

In the beginning of the series, there was much controversy and talk about the title because of the phrase 'shut up.' One viewer actually put in a request for the change of the title and the Korea Communications board stated, "The title degrades public television openly," and had warned the drama and the production.

That's why the network and the production company decided to change the title.

"Family" has actually been scoring good viewer ratings unlike the MBC sitcom "What is a Mother," which was canceled.
