The baby drama surrounding Chris Brown continues as it was revealed that the model who the singer impregnated was married when they hooked up.

Nia Amey's ex-husband, Terry, told Radar Online that the very reason he sought divorce in the first place was because the model got pregnant with Chris Brown's baby while they were still married.

"It ain't going to take a rocket science to figure that out," he said.

"It might be a shock to the world being that Chris Brown is a father and now he's going to have to step up to do right thing," Terry Amey said. "But at the same time I'm a god-loving person and I have to forgive to give my message."

He said that Nia Amey was young at that time and made some mistakes, it just happened that one of them involved Chris Brown's baby.

"Social media is making it worse than what it is. But nobody is perfect. When you're in this industry all types of things are going to happen. It's not just happening with my ex wife - it's all women in the industry," he said. "When you allow persuasion and [being] misled to guide you, things are going to happen. It is what it is. It's a part of growing."

Meanwhile, TMZ reported that Chris Brown's baby mama just escalated as the singer will bring the case to court for an official child support order. The singer believed it was Nia Amey who leaked the story to the press.

"Our sources say Chris is forking out substantially more than he'd be required to pay if a judge ordered formal child support," it said. "There's a scale on how much a parent pays, based largely on income. We're told Chris upped that amount and in return demanded that she keep her lips sealed."

Chris Brown's baby drama already had its first casualty as Karrueche Tran broke up with her on-and-off boyfriend.
