Park Hae Jin Walks Streets for Anti-Smoking Campaign

Actor Park Hae Jin took to the streets to speak against teenage smoking.

Park Hae Jin was on the streets by Jamsil Station and Shinchun Station with 50 other Korea Tobacco Association members and college students to for the '2012 Prevent Teenage Smoking - Check IDs, I Agree' Campaign.

Park Hae Jin handed out slips for the campaign and stopped to take pictures with people and was definitely a good spokesman for the campaign.

For a day, he stopped at Shinchun Station and worked at a convenience store as a cashier, checking everyone's IDs if they were purchasing cigarettes.

After his campaigning, Park Hae Jin said, "Being a spokesperson for such an important issue and being able to meet people and shake hands with them was an amazing experience. I really hope that people take interest and take note of the campaign while I'm a part of it and I'll work hard with the college students who are supporting it."

One Korea Tobacco Association insider said, "We were definitely able to raise awareness through this effort and we will continue working for the purpose.
