"Castle" season 7, episode 17 spoilers hint Beckett is going to suffering professional, and personal, jealousy when a hot new detective from Hong Kong comes to town.

The sneak peak shows Castle wondering to Beckett why she allowed the new detective to take over her interview.

"Yeah, because she's more than qualified Castle," Beckett says. "Did you know that she was the youngest officer to become chief inspector. She's cleared more murders than anyone in Hong Kong PD history."

"Okay, so she's good at her job," he responds.

"Not just that, take a look at her husband. Action movie star."

"Yes, well I'm a highly paid novelist," Rick interjects.

"What about the kids, cute huh?" she asks him as she shows him the photo.

Just as he is about to agree, he looks at Beckett's disapproving face and backtracks, "I've seen cuter."

Then the Chinese detective comes back and may have found a seemingly innocuous clue.

"Did you see that? She might have broken this case with a WiFi sign!"

"Yes, yes... I'm impressed. Are you happy?

"No Castle! She's just like me, only better," Beckett says.

Seeing that this is "Castle," however, a perfect detective like that could be hiding a secret, which fans are bound to find out when episode 17 airs.

The synopsis offers "Castle" season 7 spoilers as it reads:

"After a man gets mysteriously murdered in a park, Castle and Beckett will team up with a competitive, high-powered female detective from Hong Kong, who has information about the victim. But as Beckett digs deeper into the case, she is going to realize neither her Hong Kong colleague nor the victim may be quite who they seem."
