Tracy Morgan has every reason to speed up his recovery as there's a job waiting for him once he's able to work. But there's a bit of bad news because the "30 Rock" actor's civil suit against retail giant WalMart is currently on hold.

According to the article from Huffington Post, Jane Krakowski-Tracy Morgan's co-star in "30 Rock"--has confirmed that the comedian will be able to jump in on the action immediately if his body allows him to.

The actress revealed that Tina Fey has promised a role for Tracy Morgan after his recovery on the new series "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt" over at Netflix.

"Nobody made me laugh more than Tracy Morgan on '30 Rock.' He was the guy who would break you up the most on set. I mean, truly, over the years he was the one who would have me in stitches or ruining takes because I'd be laughing so hard at him. I adore him," she said.

On Tracy Morgan's attempt at recovery following the crash last year, Jane Krakowski said, "I can't believe he's going through this. I hope he gets better soon."

Speaking of the crash, Landline Magazine reported that a New Jersey federal judge has extended the order that will put on hold the civil suit filed by "30 Rock" actor Tracy Morgan against WalMart.

Judge Lois Goodman approved the petition by WalMart truck driver Kevin Roper, who was involved in the crash at the New Jersey Turnpike mid-2014, to stop the civil suit while his case is still pending.

"Roper is not a named party in the civil suit, but his attorney contends that claims made by Walmart in the civil suit could have a negative impact on the criminal charges against him filed by the state of New Jersey," the article said. "He faces five criminal charges including one count of death by auto. He has pleaded not guilty."

The judge ordered the civil case filed by the recovering Tracy Morgan against WalMart "from proceeding until 10 days after an appeals court ruling on Roper's motion" so that his rights are protected.
