'KUWTK' Star Kourtney Kardashian Juggles Work And Kids As Partner Scott Disick Goes To Rehab

"Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star Kourtney Kardashian currently jugs work and kids as her partner Scott Disick goes to rehab in Costa Rica.

When the 31-year-old American television personality and businessman was flown to Rythmia Life Advancement Center (RLAC)on Mondayfor a luxury retreat, the 35-year-old reality star was left with her hands full attending to her work and three children as shown in the pictures published by Mail Online.

On Tuesday, "KUWTK" star Kourtney Kardashian was spotted pushing their youngest son, three-month-old Reign Aston, in stroller while their first-born, five-year-old Mason Dash, was on his roller board and their only daughter, two-year-old Penelope Scotland, was being carried by an assistant.

Amid the busy schedule of the "KUWTK" mainstay, Kourtney Kardashian managed to post a selfie in full make up on her Instagram account (@kourtneykardash). The snap, which got more than 340,000 likes, was captioned "Green screen action today".

Meanwhile, RLAC director of addiction treatment Charles Johnston told "In Touch" that Kourtney Kardashian's partner Scott Disick is being paid as the clinic's spokesperson.

However, the center's treatment method is swathed with controversy since it uses the psychedelic drug "Ibogaine", a banned substance in the United States.

"Ibogaine" comes from the "iboga" shrub found in the rainforest of South Africa and it allegedly causes hallucinations such as with that by Lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD).

"The iboga plant is a small tree that grows in Gabon, Africa, whose roots contain 12 medicinal alkaloids... In other countries the plant has been used to treat a variety of addictions and has been an effective form of treatment," the center wrote in a statement.

It has been claimed that the drug is effective, in response to criticisms that it is somehow counter intuitive to treat alcohol or drug dependence with it.

The reality star will be taking "Ibogaine" through a "shaman-guided flight" at RLAC.

"While I have been unconvinced in the past of treatment and therapy methods, Rythmia's rehab approach puts my worries at ease...," said "KUWTK" star Kourtney Kardashian's partner Scott Disick said of his rehab.

"The fact that there is a money back guarantee that has never been called upon gives me even more confidence. I am looking forward to starting my therapy and iboga treatment there," he added.
