Rumors about Tom Cruise still being bitter over his divorce from Katie Holmes and feeling betrayed by the actress have been circulating.

The 52-year-old Hollywood superstar and the 36-year-old beauty divorced back in 2012.

In a report by TMZ, the lead star of the "Mission: Impossible" series is allegedly not been communicating with the mother of his eight-year-old daughter Suri.

The report added that the lack of communication is not because of the Church of Scientology but because they extremely do not like each other. The alleged dislike has reportedly hindered the long divorce couple Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes even from talking about raising their only child.

"Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are not at war over the Church of Scientology... they don't communicate because they have an intense dislike for one another," TMZ shared.

The said report also revealed that the multi-awarded actor could have "shut her out" since she is an SP - a Suppressive Person.

"An SP stands for several things, including people who disavow the Church. The Church has a procedure for declaring people SPs. Once they're declared an SP, people in the Church are told not to associate with them," the report explained.

Some unnamed sources close to the Church told TMZ that the former "Dawson's Creek" actress was actually not declared an SP, and that it was her who thought that she was - but she was not.

"Sources connected with Tom and Katie tell us there are hard feelings on both sides, which is why they don't communicate," said the entertainment site.

"For Tom's part, he feels betrayed because he claims Katie never gave him any warning she was leaving him. For Katie's part, we're told she felt Tom sucked the life out of her," it added.

Even prior to the divorce, Suri stays with Katie Holmes while Tom Cruise gets to bond with their daughter from time to time.
