"Mob Wives" cast Natalie Guercio is again being involved in another controversy following a rough life during the series' season 5.

The reality star is said to be suffering from meth addiction that caused her the hit reality show. Reportedly, Guercio turned to crystal meth to help herself from depression after most of the cast members of "Mob Wives" ganged up on her during last season.

The showrunners are rumored to have axed the reality star because of this and that eventually led to Guercio's hospitalization because of supposed drug substance overdose.

Renee Graziano, a known enemy of the reality star has confirmed the news through Twitter, as she expressed her desire to help her cast mate get through with her addiction problem.

"My prayers w natg in la...Sad to hear about her meth od...Yeah ended up in the hospital Honey ill help u! Ull get better praying 4 u!" she tweeted.

While her tweet immediately sparked talks that the rumors of Natalie Guercio's meth addiction were true, Graziano deleted her post.

However, her tweet to one of her followers was yet to be deleted and on that post, she was caught saying that the news was from LA Radar online and that her fellow "Mob Wives" castmate Nat G. has eventually admitted to her meth addiction.

Natalie Guercio's exit from "Mob Wives" did not come as a surprise to most as she previously stated in an interview with Radar Online  that she's thinking of leaving the hit reality show

"I also have to consider if I'm going to keep being the target to these women. I am not having a repeat of what I had the past two seasons. I am 32-years-old. I am so much younger than all these women, yet they act younger than me. I've never in my life witnessed this type of behavior with anyone."

And who might have to replace Natalie Guercio?

According to Enstarz, veteran "Mob Wives" cast Carla Facciolo and Ramona Rizzo are both being requested to return to the show.

And while Rizzo's return is still unclear, Facciolo is hoping that the original cast would be back on the show again.

"Well it would have to be the main four of us because we started that show, we are the originals. That's all you hear is, 'We want the originals back on the show.' And then they'll [the fans] go, 'Ok and Ang too,' because everyone loves Ang," Facciolo claimed.

"I would even bring back Ramona because she just fits in with our crew, because she grew up with everyone...Us together could make enough craziness going on, but it may be fun craziness going on this time. Maybe it won't be so vicious, it won't be so 'ugh.'"
