Lea Michele Looks Pretty Much The Same Without Makeup; 'Glee' Actress, Co-Star Becca Tobin Go Low-Key For Dinner Date
Lea Michele headed to dinner without makeup as she met "Glee" co-star Becca Tobin at Sugarfish, a sushi restaurant in Los Angeles, on Monday.
"The star looked comfy-chic while heading into the popular Tokyo-style sushi restaurant Sugarfish in Los Angeles, wearing black leggings, loafers and a cozy blue knit scarf. Tobin was also makeup-free, and both gals looked quite good, we might add," said E! News.
Gossip site Perez Hilton noted that Lea Michele can afford to go out without makeup because "there was really no need, since her skin looked smooth and blemish-free!"
"The actress also looked snug in a thick knit scarf that kept her warm and added both color and texture to her simple all-black jacket and leggings," the article noted.
Talking to Byrdie.com, Leah Michele said that she takes very good care about her face and skin, which may explain why she remains confident going out even without makeup.
When it comes to food, the "Glee" star favors organic and natural ingridents. That extends to the health products that she uses, "My bathroom looks like a Whole Foods!" she said.
"I have a whole basket of concotions I've made in my bathroom," she said of her exfoliation routine. "I'll mix coconut oil and brown sugar or sea salt and olive oil, and put them in little containers."
According to Lea Michelle, she dry brushes her skin before using a homemade scrub along with hand mitts. Her beauty routine could be explain by the fact that the "Glee" actress braved through a long period where her face breaks out from makeup. "I went on Accutane twice," she said.
After the "Glee" season wrapped, up Lea Michele will move on to another Ryan Murphy series, "Scream Queens."
The actress is using the break to stay fit, along with boyfriend Matthew Paetz, as she was snapped several times without makeup on morning hikes around Los Angeles.
