Lil Wayne's Feud With Birdman Not The Only Lawsuit On Weezy's Plate! Christina Milian's Rumored Boyfriend Sued By Bus Driver He Threatened To Kill

Lil Wayne is dealing with another lawsuit, after his legal feud with Birdman, as his bus driver filed a complaint against Christina Millian's rumored boyfriend for reportedly trying to kill him.

According to TMZ, the complainant, Mark Jones, alleged that he was hired by Weezy during the rapper's 2014 concert tour and they were on their way to Buffalo.

"Jones says he pulled over at around 11:30 PM for gas. He says Wayne became irate and started cursing, to the point the driver became scared and continued driving without refueling," it said.

"But Jones says Wayne kept his tirade going, threatening to pistol whip him, 'whip [his] ass' and finish the job by killing him."

The victim added that Christina Millian's rumored boyfriend approached his side and cocked a gun before telling him, "I want to get to the hotel now."

"Jones says he obliged and the 30 minute drive was in total silence," TMZ added.

Lil Wayne is now facing a lawsuit from Jones "for false imprisonment, assault and emotional distress."

However, based on the timeline, the alleged threats occurred before Lil Wayne's feud with Birdman blew up in the media. So it couldn't have been the stress about the release of "Tha Carter V."

Lil Wayne has yet to respond to the lawsuit filed by Mark Jones.

Weezy's Twitter feeds have been mostly about his new album.

Christina Millian's rumored boyfriend wrote, "I honestly gotta say that this #FWA album is my best work yet! I won't let u down as a fan. Dis sh!t is a beast! Ok let me get bak 2da booth."

Lil Wayne's feud with Birdman started after Weezy accused the Cash Money mogul about deliberately refusing to release "Tha Carter V." Weezy filed a lawsuit demanding $51 million in damages, including the $8 million for working on the album and the $2 million he was promised if he completes the album.
