'Scandal' Season 4 Episode 21 Spoilers: Olivia Pope Leaves Fitz For Susan Ross?

Is Olivia Pope leaving Fitz in favor of defiant Vice President Susan Ross? That seems to the best gist of the spoilers for episode 21 of "Scandal" season 4.

Meanwhile, Cartermatt noted that Olivia Pope was not totally blind to what happened to Jake, who survived a slay attempt.

"She knows the truth about what happened to Jake, and she is now on the offensive," the article said. "That whole plan to quit battling Rowan was a ruse, and she may be in the best position that she has been in to date when it comes to figuring out how to stop him. (Granted, this is still not a very good position.)

"She has a new mission working potentially alongside Susan Ross, and she may have to rely more on Quinn and Huck to prepare for the ultimate B613 battle," Cartermatt added.

The synopsis teased "Scandal" season 4 episode 21 spoilers, "Vice President Ross continues to defy the Grant administration when she hires Olivia Pope to defend a woman in the Navy. Meanwhile, Quinn and Huck must do what they do best to get answers about B613 and Mellie's campaign for Senate continues to be a struggle."

In the last episode, Olivia trained a gun on Russell while they were making out and forced him to make a choice: he can tell her what Foxtail is, or he dies. The promo video also shows Huck injecting Russell's neck with a syringe.

There's a lot of speculation about what Foxtail is, with some suggesting that it's a conspiracy to take the White House.

The episode, "A Few Good Women" is directed by Oliver Bokelberg and written by Severiano Canales and Jess Brownell."

Watch out for more "Scandal" season 4, episode 21 spoilers ahead of the airing date on May 7 on ABC. There's going to be no episode this week.
