Yung Berg Definitely Not Over Masika Kalysha? 'Love & Hip Hop Hollywood' Star Becomes Subject Of His New R&B Song!

Yung Berg and Masika Kalysha might have parted ways but the rapper seemed to continue to hold a candle for the "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" reality star as he released a song titled "Masika Interlude."

Part of the lyrics for "Masika Interlude" read, "How many times did I call your phone/Was I on your mind when you were alone/Oh baby, why you gotta treat me so bad/Said you love me and you want me and you need me/I was all you had."

"Is this a true love letter to Masika? Perhaps an attempt to win her back? We're not sure but we wish these two the very best and hope they figure it out," VH1 said.

"Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" reality star Masika Kalysha and Yung Berg have had a tumultuous relationship, capped by the alleged violent dispute inside a hotel where the rapper allegedly choked his then girlfriend.

The two remained friends, however, and Masika Kalysha has insisted that nothing of that sort occurred while they were in the hotel room. Yung Berg, a former cast member of "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" himself before he was booted after the violent dispute report, even promoted the album of his former girlfriend by posting the cover art on his Instagram.

"As for Masika's Interlude, the track is actually introduced by Lauryn Hill's 'The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill' and that adequately indicates the overall tone of 'Masika's Interlude,'" noted The Shade Room.

"Berg wrote the song about his on camera romance with Masika and wanting women to be empowered enough to be out here respecting themselves."

Yung Berg also told The Shade Room that being in "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" and being caught up in all the drama with Hazel E. and Masika Kalysha might have affected his reputation as an artist a little bit, because it took away from his real talent as a music producer and rapper.
