Kaley Cuoco had her ear pierced and husband Ryan Sweeting was there to show his support, as well as document the whole thing. Meanwhile, "The Big Bang Theory" actress granted a fan's wish.

In an Instagram post, Kaley Cuoco posted a photo of her being pierced on the top of the ear. She was also seen clutching a teddy bear. She wrote, "Totally got another hole pierced into my ears today at none other than Claire's lol #iwasbrave #husbanddocumentedentireevent."

One fan wrote, "I wish that when I got my ears pierced the first time that I had done it there like I did the second time. I say never (get) your ears pierced at a Walmart or a place in the Mall, always go to Claire's or a professional piercing artist."

If Kaley Cuoco not getting her ears pierced, Ryan Sweeting's wife is granting the requests of her fans.

According to the report from Us Weekly, Kaley Cuoco Facetimed with a terminally ill cancer patient named Nicole who asked to talk to the "Big Bang Theory" star.

The request was relayed by the actress' friend Nikki Lund.

Kaley Cuoco told Us, "When I heard Nicole's story and how much she loved Big Bang Theory, I just had to connect with her in some way."

"Through her amazing family, and help from people like Nikki and others, we were able to FaceTime and send little videos straight to Nicole - her two thumbs-up was a sure sign that, at least for a moment, she was happy. She is lucky to have such an amazing family and I felt honored to share in such a wonderful moment," she added.

Nikki Lund also told the magazine that Ryan Sweeting's wife, Kaley Cuoco, "stayed up all night" because of the different time zones so she and Nicole could continue their talk over the Facetime app.

"When I contacted Kaley about this, she immediately said 'Of course, whatever I can do to help, I'll do anything. She waited up all night for the call, since they are in the UK," she said.
