"Twilight" star Kristen Stewart has never been afraid to speak her mind and in her latest interview for Harper's Bazaar, Robert Pattinson's ex certainly didn't hold back when the subject broached plastic surgery.

When asked if she's open to doing plastic surgery just to compete with Hollywood vixens, Kristen Stewart said, "No, never. Never "I am so freaked out by the idea of doing anything."

"And maybe that's completely arrogant but I don't want to change anything about myself. I think the women who do are losing their minds. It's vandalism."

Robert Pattinson's ex also said that even to this day, she still doesn't know how to apply makeup which makes plastic surgery a very extreme choice for her.

Kristen Stewart added, "I either like being really sexy or insanely androgynous. I'm not great at applying make-up myself. My mom never taught me anything, she doesn't wear make-up...I like mineral make-up. You can't screw it up and it's not bad for your skin."

When she's not making appearances, "Twilight" star Kristen Stewart prefers skinny jeans and a shirt as well as sneakers whenever she's out. Oftentimes, she's snapped with rumored girlfriend Alicia Cargile, who was once her assistant.

Robert Pattinson's ex also insisted that she doesn't like "having nice hair."

"There's something about it that pushes me over into feeling like I'm wearing a costume. So long as I can have my hair the way it normally is, then I can do everything else full on," she added.

Even if she doesn't like dressing up, Kristen Stewart is nevertheless the face of Chanel's Eyewear campaign, and the "Twilight" actress credited designer Karl Lagerfeld for making her look cool without becoming mainstream.

"He's so good at seeing something that's not cool and making it cool. Like, I would have my leg in one position and he would throw a toothpick in my mouth and tell me to stop leaning on my leg and in two seconds it was like, 'Oh, there it is.' It was very cool and easy and artistic. I didn't feel like I had to push outside of myself. I didn't have to try to turn into someone else," she said.
