'Hell's Kitchen' Host Gordon Ramsay And Wife Tana Settle In Island Perfectly; Couple Shows Off Fit Form In Shorts And Fitted Top

"Hell's Kitchen" host Gordon Ramsay just couldn't shut off the need to keep fit even on a holiday with wife Tana as they went for a walk in the Mediterranean island of Ibiza, which is just a short flight away from Morocco where he attended the birthday bash of David Beckham.

Gordon Ramsay and wife Tana strolled hand-in-hand through the streets on Thursday looking like any other ordinary couple.

"Having seemingly returned from a fitness class, Tana sported a skin-tight exercise vest top and matching shorts, which she capped with trainers," Daily Mail said. "Meanwhile, Gordon risking fulfilling all the 'holiday dad' cliches in a bold pair of shorts with a grey T-shirt, reflective sunglasses and cap."

"Hell's Kitchen" host Gordon Ramsay is a self-confessed fitness buff who trains regularly for the Ironman and marathon.

The "Hell's Kitchen" host already completed 15 marathons and three ultra-marathons as well as one Ironman and three half-ironmans. His best record? He clocked at 3:30:14 in 2004.

But Gordon Ramsay credited his wife, Tana, for whipping him back into shape after he complained that he could no longer see his toes.

At his heaviest, Gordon Ramsay topped 226 pounds but after a regular exercise and a change in diet, he managed to drop 30 pounds from his weight.

The "Hell's Kitchen" host reportedly dropped caffeine and fatty foods from his diet and opted for vegan shakes, vegetables and almond milk. His breakfast consisted of oatmeal or muesli while dinner is reserved for protein-rich foods.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, "Hell's Kitchen" host Gordon Ramsay said, "I've now got my six-pack back. It's gone from two to four to six."

Crediting his wife, Tana, Michelin chef Gordon Ramsay added, "She put me on a strict diet. Every day she made me stand on those scales. She closed our kitchen down and turned it into a utility room."
