Kate Upton showed off her playful side while filming "The Layover." Meanwhile, the Sports Illustrated model showcased her famous hot curves in a new swimwear campaign.

"While 22-year-old Kate enthusiastically tossed around a football on the Vancouver set, her director and co-star, 65-year-old William H. Macy, strummed a ukulele," said Daily Mail. "Bottles of wine and a hot-air balloon ride simply added to the sense of play in the middle of the workday."

Directed by William H. Macy, "The Layover" story description reads, "Alexandra Daddario and Kate Upton will play a pair of lifelong best friends who decide to avoid their problems by taking a vacation only to find that their plane has been rerouted due to a hurricane warning. To make matters worse, the two friends find themselves in a hilarious battle for the same guy during an extended layover in St. Louis."

On Tuesday, Kate Upton was wearing a pink overcoat, a bandana on her head and blue denim jeans. One of the photos also proved that the hot Sports Illustrated model is no all-star athlete as the football slipped through her hands when she tried to catch it.

Meanwhile, Kate Upton harken back to her Sports Illustrated bikini days when she posed in a small hot two-piece for the spring/summer 2015 collection for Express, where Justin Verlander's girlfriend is the brand ambassador.
