Joan Rivers' death is still being questioned by her daughter, Melissa Rivers. According to a report from Time, the late comedienne's only daughter also admitted what went wrong with "Fashion Police," which her mother starred in prior to her untimely death.

Joan Rivers' unexpected death last Sept. 4 resulted from a botched throat procedure at an Upper East Side medical facility called Yorkville Endoscopy. Months after Joan Rivers' death, Melissa Rivers still cannot fully comprehend how doctors were not able to save her mother.

"I want to find out what happened," she said during a guest appearance at the "Wendy Williams Show."

"I need to know, I need answers. I'm angry."

Aside from talking about Joan Rivers' death, Melissa Rivers' also addressed issues about "Fashion Police." The 47-year-old is the executive producer of the hit fashion critique show, which used to be hosted by Joan Rivers.

"Fashion Police" went back on air a few months following Joan Rivers' death, with the late comedienne's protégé Kathy Griffin filling in for her spot. However, the redhead comedienne eventually quit the show along with mainstay Kelly Osbourne because of a controversy between Giuliana Rancic and Zendaya Coleman.

Giuliana Rancic joked about the teen star's dreadlocks during the "Fashion Police" 2015 Oscars red carpet review, saying she must have "smelled like patchouli oil or weed."

"Fashion Police" is currently on a six-month hiatus following backlash from Giuliana Rancic's comments and resignations of Kelly Osbourne and Kathy Griffin.

The only daughter and heir to Joan Rivers' estate also explained her concerns about "Fashion Police" when she guested at NBC's "New York Live."

"It's just sitting down and saying 'Okay, we went back too fast.' We didn't realize how much everybody was mourning," she said.

"It really was a family and the sisters started to have a fight, and all these things kind of happened. We lost our matriarch, and now we're figuring it out again."
