Nick Gordon has asked permission from the Brown and Houston family to visit Bobbi Kristina Brown. According to Radar Online, the 25-year-old's lawyer Randall M. Kessler confirmed that Nick has made his intention known to both Whitney Houston and Bobbi Brown's side of the family.

Gordon has always been vocal about his desire to visit his girlfriend in the hospital, often taking to Twitter to express his sentiment. Just last May 8, he posted a message on Twitter that said, "I could never give up. I love you."

It will be recalled that earlier reports Bobbi Brown does not want Gordon to visit his daughter and has barred him from doing so.

According to a report by the Inquisitr, Brown feels that Gordon is not telling the entire truth about  the incidents that led to Bobbi Kristina's current medical condition. According to Bobby Brown's lawyer, Christopher Brown, Gordon has been unwilling to cooperate with the investigation on the matter.

"Mr. Gordon has every right to remain silent and not share his version of the events with Bobby Brown," the lawyer said to Inquisitr. "We are only concerned with individuals that can help Bobbi Kristina and bring resolution to this investigation."

"Obviously Mr. Gordon is not as desperate to visit Bobbi Kristina as he wants the world to believe," the laywer continued. " At least not desperate enough to inform Bobby Brown, in writing, what happened to Bobbi Kristina."

Bobbi Kristina has shown no signs of improvement since she was found facedown in the bathtub of her home in  Georgia last January 311. Gordon was the one who found his unconscious girlfriend and he claimed to have tried to save her by performing CPR.

But reports have leaked that authorities are suspecting Gordon of foul play after several injuries were found on the young woman's body.

Bobbi has not shown signs of improvement since being brought to the hospital.  "She has the tracheotomy and it can't be removed," said Radar Online's source."It breaks their heart and is so hard on the family.
