"The Modern Family" actress Sofia Vergara revealed that she wants to have kids with her fiancé Joe Manganiello amid her legal drama with ex Nick Loeb.

The 42-year-old Colombian actress could not be any happier now that she met her husband-to-be Joe Manganiello and she wanted to have a baby with him even before she becomes 50, USA Today said.

Sofia Vergara told in an interview with Redbook that the 38-year-old "Magic Mike" actor is eager to have kids and she said that they should do it now.

"Joe is younger than me. He's 38. He's never had kids. How am I going to say no? I tell him if we're going to do this, we have to do it, like, now, because I don't want to be 50 with a baby," she said.

Also, "The Modern Family" actress Sofia Vergara revealed that she learned that love does not need so much work.

She said, "Ever since we met, it's been so easy. I'm very suspicious. I'm like, 'It's not normal that we've been together for nine months and we haven't had a big fight or anything.'"

It seemed like the "Hot Pursuit" actress is all in the mood to having a family with the "Magic Mike" actor amid her legal battle with her past romance.

"The Modern Family" actress Sofia Vergara and her ex-fiance Nick Loeb have been fighting over the frozen embryos that they created in 2013.

Nick Loeb claimed that he can pay all the expenses just so he could get the embryos and he could get a surrogate mother, Mirror said.

But Sofia Vergara insisted in her interview with Howard Stern on his SiriusXM radio show that a child needs "a loving relationship of parents," which they cannot have as they are now separated.

"I don't hate him but obviously he has a problem with me. ... I wouldn't imagine anyone saying to bring to the world kids that already have everything set up wrong for them. It'd be so selfish."
