Carnival Festival 2013 is taking place now in Brazil. The Pre-Lenten event will feature many international stars including Psy. The Korean singer is making his visit at the Carnival Festival 2013 today, Feb. 8, and is expected to perform his hit "Gangnam Style" later today.
