Jason Statham's girlfriend Rosie Huntington-Whiteley revealed her gym workout routine in the latest Instagram video snap she shared with her followers.

In a report by E! Online, the 27-year-old former Victoria's Secret angel posted a 15-second video in the photo-sharing site, which showed how she gives full effort in order to maintain her runway-ready body.

"Sweating it out @bodybysimone with my girl @errrrrrrka #GetItGirl #Strength #Power #Vitality," the Marks & Spencer lingerie model and designer captioned her video.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's workout, as seen in the video, was composed of exerscises for the arms, legs, and core.

The Paige Denim brand ambassador was rocking a pink top that flaunted her taut tummy and toned arms. She paired it with leggings that hugged her long legs.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley opted to tie her blond lob in a messy bun as she executed her powerful workout.

"Between the push-ups, leg lifts, crunches, jumps, high kicks and dance moves, it's no wonder the runway star is in as great of shape as she is," the report noted.

But while Jason Statham's girlfriend spends much of her time in the gym to maintain her sculpted physique, the "Mad Max: Fury Road" actress still does not deprive herself of some indulgence, Style Caster said.

"I love going to restaurants for dinner and out for drinks...I love savory food-cheese, bread, pasta, French fries, bacon, pigs in a blanket! (I could just eat a plate of pigs in a blanket, and I'd be happy.)" Rosie Huntington-Whiteley said in an interview with Harper Bazaar.
