Rumors are circulating that Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama are engaged and the "Really Don't Care'' singer is planning a secret wedding. In one of her social media post, the former Disney star said that she won't be alive today if not because of her longtime boyfriend.

According to a report from OK! Magazine, Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama are now engaged after their five-year on and off relationship but they want to keep their wedding away from the limelight.

"Everyone is thrilled that they will be getting married," a source of the magazine said. "Wilmer is so good for her, and Demi is madly in love with him. They have to hell and back and emerged stronger than ever. They have been talking about it for a while."

The insider also added that the "Neon Lights" hitmaker is now referring to her boyfriend as her "hubby-to-be" to the members of her camp,Celebrity Dirty Laundry said.

Before the news that Demi Lovato and Wilmder Valderrama are engaged began circulating, the "Really Don't Care" singer has always been vocal in saying how much she loves the actor, Metro UK said in a report

Demi Lovato said in her previous message for Wilmer Valderrama that he has always been there to support her as she battles with her eating disorder.

Demi Lovato said in her Instagram page early this year, "He's loved me the way I never thought I deserved to be loved."

The "Give Your Heart A Break" singer added, "I really wouldn't be alive today without him. I love you Wilmer."

The singer and actress revealed this year that she might have gotten back to rehab due to her drug and alcohol addiction, as well as her eating disorder during her album promotion but the 30-year-old actor was there to stop her from going back to her old lifestyle.
