The motorbike accident involving Hazel E was nothing more than a ruse for her to go ahead with her nose job, so says Masika Kalysha. The "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" star also allegedly threw shade at ex, Yung Berg, in her new track.

VH1 published the official music video of Masika Kalysha's track, "Hella Hollywood."

"Her debut video features the Ace of Diamonds model flaunting her voluptuous lady lumps while singing in a soft tone over the sample of the 1996 Fugees hit 'Ready or Not,' which ironically features the vocal stylings of Lauryn Hill, who now her ex, Yung Berg, sampled for his track, 'Masika's Interlude,'" it said.

The article wondered if 'Love & Hip Hop Hollywood' Star Masika Kalysha is throwing a subtle dig on her ex, Yung Berg.

Meanwhile, the Shade Room posted on Instagram a photo of Hazel E lying on what seemed like a hospital bed. But in one of the comments, Masika Kalysha wrote, "b*tches love 'I was in an accident surgery.' gone get the beak hacked in half snuffaluffagus we (sic) been waiting girl. We ain't mad."

The Shade Room captioned the image, "#MasikaKalysha done stepped in The Shade Room being shady as hell!!"

One follower commented of "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" star Masika Kalysha, "Will this hoe leave #hazele alone we don't say sh*t about her plastic ass and how that mouth moving like (it's) full of beef sticks mansika needs to get a f*cking life let hazel live b*tch smh."

But Hazel E clarified on her Instagram what exactly happened following Yung Berg's ex Masika Kalysha's allegations. The "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" reality star wrote, "This would be the worst publicity stunt to get a nose job ever(.) I damn near wish it was(.) I wouldn't have had to deal with blood spewing from inside and outside of my nose & almost choking in it, not to mention the head trauma from #nosediving into the bike..."

"All in hot desert 105 degree heat #God has a plan(.) I'm just going with it(.) I'm home & get to see a top surgeon in the morning!"
