"Heart Attack" singer Demi Lovato flaunted her cleavage as she strolled along the sunny streets of New York City just after she announced her collaboration with Nick Jonas for their own record label.

The 22-year-old "Really Don't Care" singer showed off her ample cleavage in the Big Apple as she wore a revealing white top.

The singer and actress paired her shirt with a black coat and a pair of skinny jeans. Demi Lovato also added inches to her height with an open-toe heeled boots, The Daily Mail said in a report.

Demi Lovato, whose eye-catching display of cleavage gathered a lot of onlookers, was also spotted stopping for a bit to take a selfie with a fan.

Meanwhile, Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas will partner with Island Records and will launch the Safehouse Records, a report from Billboard said.

The "Heart Attack" hitmaker said in her statement, "I've worked closely with both Nick and Phil for years and we share the same point of view when it comes to making music."

The pop star even added, "It's incredibly exciting to be part of this new company where I'm in control of all aspects of my career. I can't wait to share what we're working on!"

Aside from being formey Disney stars, Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas have already proven that they are a match when it comes to music, MTV.com said.

Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato already collaborated in the song "Avalanche." They have also appeared in "The X Factor" as mentors.

Thing are certainly looking rosy for the "Really Don't Care" singer these days. Aside from the fact that her music career is doing really well, rumors claim that Demi Lovato and boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama are now engaged.

According to reports, she will soon tie the knot with the actor but they want to keep their wedding a secret.
