Kate Gosselin's new boyfriend reportedly has a history of neglecting children. According to the report from Radar Online, the "Kate Plus Eight" star could be putting her children at risk by dating entrepreneur Jeff Prescott.

The Dreamstime co-founder and Kate Gosselin's new boyfriend was accused by his ex-wife, Michelle Jones, of taking their three children for granted after they divorced in 2006.

According to Massachusetts legal papers, Jeff Prescott had "infrequent" visits to his children Ashley, Brooke, and Connor, who were then ages 19, 14 and 10 respectively.

"He has had Connor two times overnight and has not taken the girls at all overnight," Michelle Jones claimed since their separation five months prior.

Kate Gosselin's new boyfriend also allegedly went on frequent "business and pleasure" trips without telling his family.

"There have been times when he has not answered his cell phone for days," Michelle Jones claimed.

Jeff Prescott also went as far as filing a restraining order against his former spouse for allegedly being too jealous.

"He told (our daughter) that all sorts of terrible thing were going to happen if I obtained a restraining order such as 'loss of our home.' He told her that she may 'not be able to go to college.' He told her we may go 'bankrupt,'" Michelle Jones revealed in court papers.

At present, Kate Gosselin's new boyfriend and his former wife are supposedly "getting along great."

"As for the divorce issues, most of them do not carry any merit," Jeff Prescott explained. "We went through some tough times that were short lived. Michelle and I get along great and have for a long time."

"Our children are great kids with awesome values as a result of having a good mother and a caring, loving father."

Michelle Jones has also reportedly moved on from Jeff Prescott.

"He deserves happiness," she said.

However, Jeff Prescott's history of child neglect could cause more problems for Kate Gosselin, who is currently facing allegations of child abuse from her ex-husband, Jon Gosselin.

The former couple share eight children: twins Cara and Mady, 14, and 10-year-old sextuplets, Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah, and Joel.
