Orlando Bloom brought along son Flynn to the production of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" and the handsome four-year-old took the thunder from his dad in the process. Miranda Kerr's mom, meanwhile, only had compliments for the 33-year-od actor.

Orlando Bloom is set to reprise his role as Will Turner and although the plot for "Pirates of the Caribbean 5 is not clear, the actor earlier gave a hint about what to expect in the fifth installment of the Disney film.

Talking to IGN, he said, "Basically they want to reboot the whole franchise, I think, and do something with me and the relationship with my son."

"I'm of course Davey Jones now, so I'm down the bottom of the ocean. It might be kind of fun to do something where I'm rumbling round the bottom of the ocean, because I won't look anything like me. [Gestures to face] Get all gnarly," he added.

Despite their split in 2013, Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom still have a very good relationship and they are co-parenting their son just fine.

The supermodel's mother, Therese, talked to Sydney Confidential, about the friendship between Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom after their split.

"(Miranda and Orlando) are still family and they will always be a family - Orlando will always be our family, which is good," she said.

In fact, Miranda Kerr lived just a few doors away from Orlando Bloom's house, just to make it easier for them to co-parent their son, Flynn.
