'Dance Moms' Star Nia Frazier Keeps Mum On 'Slay' Release Date But Shares Message Of New Single

Nia Frazier played coy about the release date of "Slay" but the "Dance Moms" star shared some details about her new track.

In an interview with JJ Frazier for Mingle Media TV, Nia Frazier is not really very talkative about her new song, a collaboration with Coco Jones.

"I can't really tell you about it. I have to keep my mouth shut ... There is a song coming out and it will premiere with the show, but not the new season, but maybe somewhere along the way," Nia said.

"So we are not going to have "Slay" with Mia for a few months?" the interviewer asked.

Nia Frazier replied, "Kinda."

But while the "Dance Moms" star wasn't very forthcoming about the release date of "Slay," Nia Frazier did share the message of the song.

"The message behind 'Slay' is everyone is slaying their life, no matter who you are, what you want to be, everyone is slaying life," she explained.

Apart from working on the "Slay" release date, the "Dance Mom" star also revealed her plans for the summer.

"I would like to keep dancing over the summer, do my music keep acting so that's really my plan for the summer," she said.

As to what dances she'd like to hone her skills in, she revealed, "Definitely ballet, ballet is the foundation of dance. Also hip hop, contemporary, tap, modern."

Nia Frazier and Abby Lee Miller have been at odds on "Dance Moms" fueling rumors that the reality star is on her way out.

The interviewer asked her, "You and Abby are cool right?"

To which Nia Frazier replied, "Right, [or] I guess I wouldn't be here."

The "Dance Momscast also gave a message to her fans, "Star in your own life. That's what gets me through. Don't listen to anyone who's telling you the wrong thing or you can't do anything because you can."
