Frenzy about Rihanna and Leonardo DiCaprio dating news has now led to court when the "Wolf of Wall Street" actor sued a French magazine for allegedly publishing a story that he has a baby with the "Diamond" singer.

The producer and actor reportedly filed a lawsuit against French entertainment magazine Oops, after they published a front cover news story saying that Rihanna is having a baby with Leonardo DiCaprio.

The headline not only said that the "We Found Love" singer is pregnant with the actor's baby but it also said that he does not have anything to do with the child.

Written in French words, the Oops magazine said in their May 13 edition headline, "Rihanna Pregnant With Leonardo's Baby: He Doesn't Want The Baby."

Gossips Cop cleared that issue was not true.

The report said, "DiCaprio is seeking the maximum by French law of 18,000 Euros, which is approximately $20,000 in damages and legal fees."

The "Wolf of Wall Street' actor reportedly found out about the cover headline when he was at the Cannes Film Festival, TMZ said in a report.

Meanwhile, Gossip Cop had an exclusive interview with Oops owner Frederic Truskolaski, who said that the magazine knew that the scoop was not true.

He claimed that his staff reads a lot of stories about Rihanna and Leonardo DiCaprio dating and that they thought they were pregnant.

"We thought she might be. We were not sure, of course," he told.

The French magazine is likewise held liable under France's strict right to privacy laws, because of publishing Leonardo DiCaprio's personal life, and two paparazzi photos of him while in the street.

The "Wolf of Wall Street" actor want Oops magazine to "print a retraction on an upcoming cover, and if it doesn't, his legal team has asked the court to impose a 10,000 Euro fine (approximately $11,100)."

Rihanna and Leonardo DiCaprio dating news emerged last year when the two were spotted having romantic outings together. The rumors heightened when they were reported to have dated on Valentine's Day.
