Two of the only female solo singers of YG Entertainment will be making their comeback early next month.

Gummy will be releasing an OST for the SBS drama, "That Winter, the Wind Blows" which features actors Jo In Sung and Song Hye Kyo, on February 27.

Lee Hi will be coming back with a new album on March 7.

Many are curious as to how the only 2 solo female singers of YG will compete against one another as they are both releasing songs around the same time. 

It could be a tough race as Gummy will be singing an OST for one of the top dramas as of right now and Lee Hi is the top rookie as well.

Gummy is also known for her deep and emotional voice and has been accepted by the public to be one of the top solo female artists. Lee Hi, although a rookie, has been called the 'monster' rookie for her amazing vocals as well. These two artists, who have very different styles, will be tough competitors for one another.

Lee Hi has also specifically chosen to make her comeback stage on the SBS "K-Pop Star 2" stage for a more meaningful performance. It is rare to see a singer make their comeback on a variety show rather than the normal music shows. Lee Hi, who was a previous constant of this show, was said to be very nervous and excited to perform on this stage again.

After these two female solo artists make their comeback, YG's lineup for comebacks continue. G-Dragon with his solo album, Psy with his new international album, 2NE1 and Kang Seung Yoon as well will begin to make their comeback in March.

Last year, YG was known for their successful comebacks from their artists. Many are curious to see how YG will do this year.
