Tori Spelling And Dean McDermott Brush Aside Legal Woes As Reality TV Couple Celebrates Daughter Stella’s Seventh Birthday
Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are in the deep legal bind over an alleged forgery claims, but the couple is trying to put a brave face as they celebrate the seventh birthday of their daughter, Stella.
The former "90210" star shared on Instagram a collage of her daughter's birthday party which she captioned, "Stella & her BFF's loved having @glamtwirl & @glamzies at her 7th bday party this weekend. Another seemed to take some inspiration from Stella's birthday party noting, "Love these! What a great idea!!!"

One of her followers commented, "Happy 7th Birthday #Stella and Happy 5th Birthday #Simone! The cutest June little girls I know."
While all seems to be happy at the surface, Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are actually facing a lawsuit by their former business partners, Denny JR O'Neil and Charles Malcom.
The couple was subpoenaed to appear in a court hearing in Los Angeles on July 9.
The lawsuit stemmed from the accusation by their business partners that Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott stole their concept for a wedding show. Later, the two plaintiffs claimed that Spelling's signature on the settlement agreement was faked, said Radar Online.
"They also claimed they had been forced to sign the settlement 'under duress,' and that the final figure of $100,000 was half of what they were originally promised. In short, they allege their attorneys did not properly do their jobs," the article added.
