Arnold Schwarzenegger just opened up about his son Patrick Schwarzenegger's ex Miley Cyrus. He also shared fond memories about the actress when she still spent time with their family.

In an interview on the The Howard Stern Show, Arnold Schwarzenegger talked about his son and Miley Cryus' relationship.

"Patrick had a wonderful experience a great relationship, and then the whole thing eventually fell apart," he shared on the show as cited by Entertainment Weekly.

Arnold Schwarzenegger reportedly didn't even mind that Miley Cyrus was different.

"She was a wonderful person," Arnold Schwarzenegger exclaimed about Miley Cyrus.

"She has this career side where she has to be a little bit out there because she grew up in a music family," he explained. "So what? It didn't bother me."

Despite the ending between Cyrus and his son, the former California governor gushed about his thoughts on the pop star when he had the chance to meet her.

"The other thing is when I did meet Miley Cyrus, when she came up to Sun Valley skiing during the holidays, I found out that she was a fantastic person," Arnold Schwarzenegger said about Miley Cyrus as quoted by People.

The action star also shared how great Cyrus was with kids.

"We had little kids in the house," he started as told by Us Magazine.

"She went out every day to buy gifts for them," he went on.

"She played with them, really, sincerely, like two hours at a time would go out in the snow with them," he added.

Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger dated for about five months, according to Hollywood Life. They split last April. The younger Schwarzenegger focused on school and shooting for the film "Midnight Sun." Cyrus, on the other hand, remained busy with her Happy Hippie Foundation and other engagements. She was rumored to be dating Victoria Secret model Stella Maxwell.
