Fans looking for a little bit of romance between Klaus and Hayley will end up getting disappointed, according to the latest season 3 spoilers for "The Originals," as Cami might come in as a third wheel.

Natalie Abrams wrote for Entertainment Weekly, "I don't think romance will be in the cards any time soon. Word on the street is there's a four-month time jump when the show returns, but Hayley is still in wolf form."

"Suffice it to say, she's only getting more pissed at her baby daddy. Meanwhile, Klaus refuses to even help anyone find a way to free her from the Crescent Curse," she added.

Klaus betrayal of Hayley through the reverse transformation-which makes the wolves turn human during full moon instead-was probably the impetus for why romance isn't going to be in the cards next season.

Phoebe Tonkin teased season 3 spoilers for "The Originals" when she said, "Hayley's not going to be able to forgive him easily for what he's done. Even if he did it for the good of his baby, I don't think he did it in the right way."

"He should have let Hayley know that's what he was doing so she could have been apart of the plan, so now she's pissed."

But Movie Pilot claimed that there could be hope for the Klaus and Hayley's romance, although there's another threat in the form of bartender, Cami.

"Cami's become a confidante and de facto psychiatrist for all of the supernatural in New Orleans. She's been the only one who has seen his true darkness and not run," it said. "She's put her own life in danger many times to help Klaus, the not-always-selfless hybrid doing the same for her - saving her from his murderous father."
