‘The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2’ Spoilers: Director Says Film ‘Most Emotional;’ Advises Fans To Prepare Tissue

Latest "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2" spoilers hint that Effie and Katniss will again unite for a common goal. With Effie's grandiose Capitol-inspired costumes and Katniss' plain garb, the two were not close at the beginning. However, various happenings have made them closer than ever.

In the latest "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2" spoiler photo released by the Entertainment Weekly, Effie and Katniss were clad in formal outfits. Effie radiates the aura of a big sister as Katniss looks frazzled.

Director Francis Lawrence told the publication that "there is some serious girl power in this movie." He went on to say that author Suzanne Collins wrote the trilogy such way.

The film's director also said that fans should brace themselves.

"It's probably the most emotional of the bunch," he told the same publication. "And I think it's the most satisfying of the bunch."

While the director considers the final film fulfilling, Jennifer Lawrence previously expressed her desire to see more depth from Katniss and Gale's friendship.

"Katniss and Gale have such a rich history, which we've never been able to fully, fully explore to the extent we do in this film. Up until now it always more about Katniss and Peeta," she said as reported by the Inquisitr.

"But there are so many complexities to Katniss and Gale and that relationship because before Katniss went into the Games, Gale was the only person who really understood her and knew her because they grew up together."

"The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2" will hit theater screens on November 20. It is also the first movie in the franchise that will be released in IMAX 3-D.

While the film is the last one, it might not be the end for Jennifer Lawrence and Francis Lawrence's partnership because the two are planning to work on a real-life romantic drama entitled "The Dive."
