Lindsay Lohan News: ‘Mean Girls’ Star Insulted By Proposed Role In New Burger King Commercial: Actress Quits Project

Lindsay Lohan news reported that the "Mean Girls" star was insulted by a role that was proposed to her for a new Burger King commercial. According to a report from Page Six, the controversial actress quit the project after it allegedly exploited her past troubles.

The former Disney star was reportedly offended by the Burger King commercial that required her to wear a Spicy Chicken Fries box, smoke a chicken fry like a cigarette, and deliver a "spicy" monologue.

"We were gob-smacked. It was making fun of her issues," a source said.

Lindsay Lohan news reported how she and her handlers at Untitled Talent even tried to present different concept options.

"She wanted creative control," the source pointed out.

However, the team behind the Burger King commercial reportedly refused to give in to her requests.

"Forget about it: She's broke, sleeping at different guys apartments, but she thinks she's Elizabeth Taylor," the brand's rep allegedly said.

Lindsay Lohan has recently been in the news for completing her court-ordered community service. According to a report from Mirror UK, the once troubled actress addressed her haters.

"I don't think anyone thought I would finish it, that's why I'm happy," Lindsay Lohan told news publications.

Despite of her haters, Lindsay Lohan news reported by Us Weekly said the 27-year-old is grateful to those who supported her as she rushed to complete 125 hours of community service

"Hard work pays off. Thanks you to all those that allowed me to volunteer while in NYC. God bless you all. Amen," Lindsay Lohan wrote on Instagram after her court-ordered stint ended.

The completion of her community service requirements somewhat confirmed earlier reports about how Lindsay Lohan is keen on making a career comeback.

"Lindsay is determined to be a movie star again," a source told Radar Online . "Lindsay is doing better than she has in years!"
