Although "Ted 2" star Mark Wahlberg is one of Hollywood's busiest actors these days, he still make sure to spend quality time with wife Rhea Durham. Meanwhile, the 44-year-old actor revealed that his wife wasn't a big fan of him playing a foul-mouthed teddy bear.

Speaking to Us Weekly, Mark Wahlberg dished some advice for a successful marriage.

"Spend quality time together. Really, that's what matters," he said.

According to the magazine, "Ted 2" actor MArk Wahlberg was obviously enamored with wife Rhea Durham during the red carpet premiere at the Ziegfeld Theater as he never let go of her hand. The couple has four children together, Brendan, Grace, Ella, and Michael.

Even during the after-party event, Mark Wahlberg didn't leave the side of wife Rhea Durham.

"They stayed at a table together and he was very attentive, by her side. She was beaming when he came over."

In an interview for Today with Matt Lauer, Mark Wahlberg revealed that wife Rhea Durham tried to convince him into dropping "Ted" because it's going to ruin his career. But the Seth McFarlane movie went on to earn nearly $550 million at the box-office.

He said, "It's hard to pitch this movie. I don't care how good you are - you can take the best marketing people in the world - you say, 'A guy wishes his teddy bear [would come] to life and they hang around and basically watch TV and talk crap about people.' It sounded ridiculous."

However, when his wife saw "Ted," she "absolutely loved it."

In a previous article, Mark Wahlberg credited his wife for helping turn his life around after spending time in jail.

He said, "It was not until I met my wife and we had our daughter that I went, 'Oh my God, this is happening for a reason. So now I have the utmost respect for women and teach my boys that. They shall not take the path that daddy took."
