What holds for Rick and Beckett in "Castle" season 8? Despite many spoilers, Stana Katic claimed that she really doesn't really know anything, or at least refuses to share.

Answering a question from a fan eager for spoilers for "Castle" season 8, Stana Katic responded on Twitter, "Dunno. Haven't seen it, yet."

Cartermatt noted, "While she may know a thing or two courtesy of conversations with the showrunners (that is how she was convinced to sign another contract), she has not seen the premiere script yet seemingly. That will more than likely happen at some point next week."

Previously it was reported that Beckett is considering a career change, perhaps as a senator?

"We imagine that the premiere will address specifically whether or not Beckett is entering the world of politics. Not only that, but we will likely see why Jerald was written out and also if anything has changed for Ryan and Esposito," Cartermatt added.

Meanwhile, Nathan Fillion spoke to TVLine and he gave some spoilers as he hinted big change for season 8 of "Castle."

He said, "In order for a show to continue and to move forward, things have to change. And things have changed, every year, for these two."

Showrunner Alexi Hawley also talked to Entertainment Weekly and promised that big changes are coming. Whether that means Beckett will run for the senate, or she will break up with Rick is up in the air.

Alexi Hawley teased spoilers for "Castle" season 8 as he said, "We just want to get in there and try to tell some really dynamic stories. Going into season 8, it feels like it's time to shake things up a little bit."
