Nia Guzman, Chris Brown's baby mama, is reportedly keeping baby Royalty as hostage in the paternity suit Karrueche Tran's ex filed against the model.

According to the report from Hollywood Life, Chris Brown's baby mama was so peeved at the paternity suit that she refused to allow baby Royalty from seeing her father again.

"Nia Guzman, 31, is kicking Chris Brown, 26, where it hurts. The "Do It Again" singer sought improved custody and child support agreements over their 1-year-old, Royalty, by filing an official paternity suit," said the article. The move "obviously peeved Nia beyond belief."

The source claimed that Karrueche Tran's ex has been working very hard for baby Royalty but the tension between Chris Brown and Nia Guzman escalated when he filed for paternity suit. The petition asks the judge to decide on the details of his rights to his kid as well as sort out the "outrageous financial demands" by her former one-night stand.

"She's bitter about that because she didn't think Chris was going to stand up to her and get her together. Nia's been low key holding Royalty hostage," the insider said. "And she's telling Chris that a lot of extended family have traveled miles this summer to her and Royalty."

As a result, Chris Brown could not be with baby Royalty anytime he likes.

The insider added, "Nia's got a big family and Chris knows that and completely understands - but he does miss Royalty dearly. He's been FaceTiming with her when Nia allows and he's been looking at pictures and videos over and over again of her when he took her to Disneyland."

Chris Brown's baby mama drama, which exploded in the tabloids earlier this year, caused the split between the "Loyal" singer and Karrueche Tran. Lately, there were some overtures on his part to get back together with the model, but Amber Rose's BFF has insisted that she's done with the R&B singer.
