Booth And Brennan's Departure Gives Way To Conflict In 'Bones' Season 11; Spoilers Reveal Possible Crossover With 'Sleepy Hollow'

Booth and Brennan left the Jeffersonian and that could lead to a lot of conflict for the rest of the members, according to the latest "Bones" season 11 spoilers. Meanwhile, it was revealed that there's going to be a crossover with "Sleepy Hollow."

E! News described the crossover of "Bones" and "Sleepy Hollow" as "both the worst and best idea we've ever heard."

"Despite the fact that one show takes place in a world where time travel, magic, and supernatural creatures exist and the other definitely does not, showrunners have apparently found some way to meld the two shows together for what we're hoping is one night only of pure insanity," the article said.

The TVLine first teased the "Bones" season 11 spoilers as it reported the crossover with "Sleepy Hollow."

"Specific details surrounding the crossover, including which characters would appear in each episode, are not being disclosed at this time," Michael Ausiello wrote in the article. "But I'm told the EPs at both shows have an inventive idea in place that organically merges the vastly different Bones and Sleepy universes."

Meanwhile, showrunner Stephen Nathan dished spoilers to The Hollywood Reporter for the benefit of fans waiting on details for "Bones" season 11.

"The dynamics of the lab will definitely change. When Booth and Brennan return, life has gone on without them," he said. "People have become entrenched in a new structure, a new social order. Time doesn't stop."

"You can't go back and pick up where you left off. You can only pick up from where you are at any given moment. That's going to have a lot of great conflict and a lot of surprises for the characters and the audience."

Watch out for more "Bones" season 11 spoilers which will be revealed once they become available ahead of the show's return this fall.
