"The Bachelor" star Chris Soules will join the panel for "The Great Love Debate" which seeks to answer why everyone is still single.

Chris Soules has just announced his split with Whitney Bischoff after six months so he would feel right at home in the show set in Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Irvine all in California, and in Tempe, Arizona.

Brian Howie, host of "The Great Love Debate," said in a press release to the Desmoine Register, "Chris captured the hearts of millions of women as the handsome and romantic Midwestern farmer looking for his bride."

The statement continued, "Today he finds himself eligible and available once again, just like the thousands of singles who have attended our shows over the past year. What better way to raise questions and find answers than with a fun and feisty evening with the man who symbolizes everyone's sincere quest for love?"

Also joining the panel with "The Bachelor" star Chris Soules are Gina Grad from The Adam Carolla Show and Kimbery Seltzer, self-proclaimed "America's No. 1 Dating Makeover Expert."

Meanwhile, "The Bachelor" star talked with Boston Globe where Chris Soules shared his favorite destination.

"Grand Cayman Island, because the weather is always perfect, the beaches are beautiful, there are great restaurants, the people are nice. . . . I can't wait to go back," he said.

Chris Soules also shared his favorite food and drink, "Favorite drink is always whiskey, and for food, I usually go to tropical locations, so I like to get fresh seafood."

The split report between "The Bachelor" stars was earlier confirmed by the rep for the couple who issued a statement that read, "Whitney Bischoff and Chris Soules have mutually and amicably decided to end their engagement."

"They part with nothing but respect and admiration for one another and will continue to be supportive friends. They wish to thank everyone who has supported them through this journey."
