"The Allegiant - Part 1" star Shailene Woodley and Theo James were snapped while on the Georgia set of their latest film on Monday. The actress was even spotted as she prepares for a scene while garbed in combat regalia.

The 23-year-old actress will continue her exploits as Tris, the protagonist in Veronica Roth's series. However, Theo James-who plays romantic lead Four, could not be seen on the photographs on the set of "The Allegiant - Part 1."

Shailene Woodley had her blonde hair tied in a bun, perhaps as a preparation to don on the pixie cut wig that she wore on "Insurgent." On the top left of her breast, the three ravens tattoo-which extends from her heart to her collarbone--are clearly visible.

The three ravens represented her mother, father and brother, whom she left behind when she chose to join the Dauntless.

"Wearing her costume as she wandered around on set, the screen star showcased her slim figure in a low-cut vest top and grey camouflage pants," said Daily Mail. "Shailene took a moment to herself while she checked her phone, as she made her way to the cast and crew food area for a bite to eat."

Shailene Woodley has always been slender, but based on the "Allegiant - Part 1" set photos, her body is now more toned, perhaps because of the rigorous training that she and Theo James went through to make all the action scenes believable.

When she went back to film "Insurgent" about a year after "Divergent," Shailene Woodley admitted to People that it proved to be quite difficult.

"I didn't take into account that I, myself, had grown for a year," she said. "I figured getting back into [Tris] would be simple because I would just go back into that mindset, but my personal mindset had progressed a year in evolution."

NY Times noted that for "Insurgent," Shailene Woodley looked "more comfortable with her action-heroine duties" compared to "Divergent."

"She looks at ease running and gunning now, and also shows off some impressive upper-body strength along with some feeling," it said.

Apart from the story arc, fans are excited to watch once more the onscreen dynamics of Theo James and Shailene Woodley. "Allegiant - Part 1" is set to hit the theaters on March 2016.
