Britney Spears and her new boyfriend, David Lucado, were spotted out and about on Thursday.

The two have been seen out and about with each other since February doing down-to-earth, "normal people" things like dining out, golfing, and going to the tanning salon.

Thursday Britney and her boyfriend were photographed as they visited Forever Bella tanning spa in Thousand Oaks, Calif. for the second time this week.

An eyewitness at the tanning salon told Us Weekly, "She was happy and smiling and she rarely smiles, but yes, she looked happy. Her bodyguard was there too and walked them in, opening the door for them. They were having a fun time together but there weren't any PDAs."

On Thursday Spears was dressed in a pretty floral sundress, reportedly the same one she was seen wearing the day before. She looked happy walking alongside her new beau.

Britney and boyfriend were also seen eating together at a restaurant on Valentine's Day.

Witnesses have also reported seeing the couple hitting balls at the driving range together.

It all seems very low-key for Britney Spears whose previous relationships with boyfriends have been very dramatic and public affairs. She seems to be enjoying the normalcy of dating Lucado.

Lucado is a Virginia native who grew up on a farm and works as a paralegal and bartender.

"He's a good boy. He's from a good family," said a family source to Us Weekly. The same source also reported that Britney's boyfriend is "into restoring old cars."

It seems like Spears is taking it easy with this relationship, and it makes sense too. She just called off her engagement to long-time boyfriend Jason Trawick in January.

"Jason and I have decided to call off our engagement," the singer had said at the time. "I'll always adore him and we will remain great friends."
