Vanessa Marcil's divorce from actor Carmine Giovinazzo has been finalized, according to TMZ.

Former 90210 star Vanessa Marcil had filed for divorce from CSI: NY actor Giovinazzo last summer, citing "irreconcilable differences."

Marcil and Giovinazzo were married in 2010 and have no children together.

The couple has divided their assets. Vanessa Marcil reportedly is taking the 2009 Chevy Silverado, their L.A. property, some bank accounts, and all the rights to her baby clothes company, 'Baby Gagoo.'

Carmine is getting a 2002 Mercedes CLK, his 2006 Harley, his 2010 Triumph Motorcycle, a 1969 Pontiac GTO, 2009 Ducati, a 2011 Chevy Camaro, and additional bank accounts.

Carmine Giovinazzo was arrested for DUI in January 2013 in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Arizona police officers stated that Giovinazzo was one of the nicest people they have ever arrested. Reportedly, Giovinazzo apologized immediately and said he didn't want to be 'an a-hole.' He thanked the arresting officers for treating him nicely.

After his arrest, Carmine Giovinazzo's blood alcohol content was measured at.149, nearly twice the legal Arizona limit.

He has been ordered to complete an alcohol program.

Vanessa Mrcil has a son named Kassius with her former Beverly Hills, 90210 co-star Brian Austin Green, who is now married to Megan Fox. 

Marcil is also known for her role as Sam Marquez on Las Vegas, which she played for four years.
