Lindsay Lohan Court Appearance Almost 50 Minutes Late, Accepts Plea Deal In Car Crash

Lindsay Lohan was late to her court appearance on Monday for the misdemeanor car crash.

The 26-year-old actress accepted a plea deal, pleading no contents to reckless driving, lying to police and obstructing officers who were investigating the accident in June.

Lohan arrived at Monday's hearing with her New York-based attorney Mike Heller. She showed up 48 minutes later after missing her original flight Sunday night from New York to Southern California, however instead took a private plane provided by Mr. Pink, Los Angeles-based energy drink company, for which she made promotional appearances.

"Thanks Mr. Pink for the private jet see you all in a few hours in LA," she tweeted early Monday.

She was sentenced to spend 90 days in a rehabilitation facility, 30 days of community labor and 18 months of psychological therapy.

Superior Judge James R. Dadney offered the "Mean Girls" actress a suggestion before she left the courtroom, "Don't drive."

This is Lohna's first day of her trial for violating her probation related to a car crash last June and if she is found guilty then she could face up to 240 days in jail and might even face more time if convicted of the other misdemeanors of lying to police and reckless driving.
