Lindsay Lohan: Rehab AGAIN

Lindsay Lohan is headed back to rehab.

Lindsay Lohan has accepted a plea deal with the courts and will spend the next 90 days under lock and key in a rehab center. She also has to undergo psychotherapy and complete community service.

Even before she appeared at the Los Angeles Superior Court hearing on Monday, Lohan was already in the news. After allegedly missing a flight, she arrived at the courthouse nearly an hour late covered in glitter. Not exactly the best impression to make for such a serious matter.

The 26-year-old actress appeared in court on the matter of reckless driving and lying to the police and plead no contest. The incident occurred last summer while she was in Santa Monica filming Liz & Dick and crashed her Porsche.

The deal Lindsay Lohan made with the court judge was that she will avoid the six-month long jail sentence for violating her probation (from a previous shoplifting case) if she does not get in trouble with the law again.

Lohan also must complete a program in rehab and do community service.

When asked by Judge James Dabney if she understood all the terms and conditions of the agreement, Lohan answered, "Yes, your honor."

"You violate probation and we'll ... just impose sentence and be done with it," the judge warned the actress.

The judge also added, "A suggestion: don't drive."

Her father, Michael Lohan also attended the hearing and said in an interview outside of courtroom, "I'm just very happy she's going to rehab."

Lohan is also currently facing an charges in a case in New York surrounding a fight in a nightclub. However, her attorney does not expect she will be prosecuted on those charges because of her current deal, as long as she complies with the arrangements.
