Bobby Brown Arrested After He Turns Himself In To The Authorities

Bobby Brown turned himself into authorities and was arrested inside an L.A. courtroom Wednesday.

TMZ reported that Brown was ordered to turn himself in following his most recent DUI conviction.

Brown was sentenced to 55 days in jail in February for his October arrest that he pleaded no contest to. TMZ reported that it was his third DUI conviction.

"It's what has to happen," Brown told TMZ earlier in March.

The former member of New Edition's DUI arrest include one from last March, when he was pulled over for allegedly using a cell phone while driving. After undergoing rehab for alcohol addiction in August, he was arrested on the suspicion of driving under the influence in October.

The singer was issued four years of probation and will have to complete an 18-month alcohol program.

His ex-wife, Whitney Houston was found dead inside a Beverly Hilton hotel on February 9, 2012. The two were married for 14 years, with one child together, until they divorced in 2007. They were all over the news for abuse of one another and their alleged drug use, which caused jail time for the two.

Houston sold over 200 million albums worldwide, according to Billboard.

Brown had more troubles when his brother-in-law was shot in a drive-by, gang related murder.
