ABC's "Grey's Anatomy" released four new spoiler clips of their season 9 episode 18. The promos released seem to be full of drama and entertainment as Shane runs into big trouble, however it looks like Meredith and Derek will be the focus of the episode titled, "Idle Hands."

The first promo shows Derek instructing his intern, Shane how to deliver bad news however things get ugly as Shane is attacked. Second footage is Alex, Meredith and Cristina discussing some heavy medial talk then storms off learning that her old classmate is doing quite well. The third video reveals Owen showing off some fancy, new, x-ray machine they just got in.

The last video is about Arizona and Callie as they discuss about sex until Bailey interrupts them. She soon learns that she should not be there.

Shonda Rhimes the producer, screenwriter and director behind the series, shared with The Hollywood Reporter that there is big plans for Meredith and her baby.

"The audience does not look at Meredith's pregnancy and just assume there's a happy baby at the end of it," Rimes said. "Like life, they recognize things going on are unpredictable. I have great plans for Meredith and Derek and what's going to happen is going to be really beautiful."

"One of the things I wanted to portray is that energy and strength that happens in women when they're pregnant," Rhimes shares with the paper.

"Seeing that in the Meredith was going to be really interesting to portray and that's one of the things you're going to see in her. For a long time she's been very unwilling to accept the joy of being pregnant and as she gets past that you're going to see a much stronger Meredith," she added.
